Meet
your guides
Petar’s
professional background in Sports Science and Slavica’s
in Accounting has helped them to transfer their skills in
organising and management into combining a hobby with a business.
Having travelled extensively they use their experience to
organise the tours for their clients as they would have it
organised for themselves. Their ability to speak several eastern
European languages and in-depth knowledge of local customs
and culture gives an extra reassurance for those who choose
to tour Eastern Europe. For them motorcycling is not just
about riding, it is also about meeting people, creating friendships,
enjoying a sense of discovery and adventure, and above all
it is a Lifestyle. In Petar’s and Slavica’s experience
it is the people that make each tour special.

From
this year we are joined by Gino Miceli who will be guiding
alongside us on our tours. Gino is a keen motorcyclist and
has been touring Europe for many years. With his biking
experience, bilingual skills and a great personality he
will make an important contribution to RideWithUs. He is
looking forward to sharing his knowledge and know-how of
touring Europe to ensure your experience with RideWithUs
will be a memorable one.

Accomodation
On
RideWithUs tours we only use three and four star accommodation
that include all breakfasts and most evening meals. All hotels
have secure bike parking and most of them are fitted with
basic bike repair and drying facilities. Most hotels also
include a swimming pool, spa, wellness and relaxation areas
that are always pleasant to have on hand after a long ride.

Channel
Crossing
RideWithUs
predominantly uses the Channel Tunnel to cross the Channel.
This eliminates any potential complaints of sea sickness,
makes boarding and disembarkation much quicker and the crossing
is not affected by adverse weather conditions. Another important
factor is that, on the return leg of our tours, if we arrive
back to the check in area at Calais before our scheduled
departure time, there is always a realistic possibility
of boarding the first available train.

Group
Sizes & Guiding
In
order to provide better quality tours we limit the number of bikes
to twelve per guide. This allows us to guide each tour day-by-day,
turn-by-turn and in the evenings provides us a with much more relaxing
and enjoyable social atmosphere.

The
Fun Stuff
Although,
we are in the motorcycle touring business, our holidays
are not only focused on riding. We use our bikes as a mode
of transportation, but once we arrive at our destination,
depending on what might be available in the area, we try
to arrange various different activities. These may include
visits to local tourist attractions such as champagne houses,
castles, caves, historic places and monuments, national
parks, or we might even go fishing, mountain biking, walking
or join a boat trip.
